How many people can listen in on the webinar
in our office?
As many as you wish,
as long as they all work for the same organization.
Each registration
only covers ONE connection. Multiple connections
(phone and/or
computer)
is prohibited. If you wish to have multiple connections, each connection will
need to purchase a registration.
2. What is the refund
policy for Stevenson, Inc. webinars?
A refund
charge of 20% of
the registration
fee will be assessed
for any registration
that is canceled
to cover administrative
fees.
We
can transfer
your registration
to another person
at that same
location if
Stevenson, Inc.
is contacted by phone or email 1 day prior to the event.
3. How do I connect to
the webinar?
After you register, you will receive a registration confirmation
email. You will also receive a reminder email with your event log-in information
a few
days prior to the event. Please make sure you have added stevensoninc.com
to your acceptable email list. If it is not added, it could be listed as
spam and you may not receive your emails.
4. What do I do if I
lose my log-in information?

5. What do I need to
access Stevenson, Inc. webinars?
All you need is a computer with high-speed internet service and
a web browser to view the web portion. To
listen to the audio portion, you need to dial in to
a toll free number. The registration information is sent out a few
days prior
to the event. Please test your computer connection prior to the event.
6. What web browsers
are supported?
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, and
Safari. Please note that the latest versions
may not be supported at this time. Please
test your browser version prior to the event.
7. Do I need to download
any software for the webinar?
No. You do not need to download any software specifically for
the webinar event.
8. How do I get my log-in
information?
You will be emailed a few days prior to the event with all handouts
and log in details that you will need for your event. You will need to add
stevensoninc.com
to your acceptable email list. If you do not, your log in information may
be directed to your spam folder or blocked by your companies spam filtering
system. If you have questions on how to do this, please speak with your
computer or Information Technology person/department for details.
9. When should I log
in?
Log in 15 minutes prior to the start time to resolve any technical
issues you may encounter.
10. Will I get copies
of the presentation?
You will be emailed with any handouts that the presenter has
provided with your log-in information prior to the event.
